i have received several calls from citibank collection...for the past few weeks... more than 10 times i guess...
on the 18 - 25 JUNE i kept received calls just i arrived in sg... they already called me to chase me for payment... for RM100 nia mah... that one oso wan from me meh.... i think citibank nowaday very poor... that 100 bucks oso wan... i think the cost of making those cost oso not even able to cover the interest la...!!! damn
on the 1 JULY...a guy from citibank called me...
HE: I am XXX, when u made the last payment??
ME: HUH??? i just made a payment already oh....the RM100 u din receive meh??
HE: thank you... we did not have the record of the payment o... may i know when is it???

HE: can u make another payment....for RM300 by TODAY CAN???

today i received call from citibank credit card collection dept..(see just 4 days onli including WEEKEND LO). we hav this conversation...(I LAGI GERAM!!!)
SHE: hello. im calling from citibank collection department.. can u make the payment of RM60 ... it's overdue..!!
ME: OM FUCK G... citibank again...??? i tot i just made a payment onli!!!! on thursday... someone called me on thursday d o!!! he said RM400!!! and i already double confirmed d lor!!
SHE: sorry.... and thanks that we have received ur payment for RM400 but ur overdue is RM60.. if not u wil be charged a PENALTY...
ME: wat the fuck!!!.. i din even receive any statement ....and u now want me to make so many payments... who wrong first...
SHE: no la... ur card due on 28 june.. and ur statement normally will be posted on 8 JULY... u shud make the payment within 20 days...!!!!
ME: ok then why i shud make the payment now... im not even receiving anything... for 2 months d lo!!!...who's fault.... i will not make any payment...may be until sunday.. im already pissed of getting ur calls for so many times..and so demanding!!!...
SHE: sorry lo!!.. on my record.. we called u on the 25 june onli lo!!! and ur card overdue is on 28 JUNE(no need to keep repeat la...i oso know d!!)... u shud make the payment before 8 JULY...to avoid penalty..
ME: wat the fuck god... u asked me to make payment before i received statment... and u now wan to charge me penalty... is it correct??? if u were me... how will u feel..
SHE: like that... u shud call customer services to ask for WAIVER !!!..just make it asap... can go to nearest bank... or online banking...do u have MAYBANK...

u see ...this is how malaysia bank collection department works... never have system...never have records... and never have communication + internal control...
u all tot im so free meh... even im free oso felt frustrated because received so many unpleasant calls... so irritating and annoying lo... not because i din make payment..but canot be like that right...
i already have this unpleasant experience because i din receive any statement for 3 months from standard chartered bank and straight away cancelled my card...and sent my name to BNM as blacklisted...(I suspected)... u think la.. who's wrong??? i wrong???? i dun see myself shud be the one to be blame lo...
oh actually statment shud not be received and i shud call customer services centre to ask bout my minimum payment every month... ??? im very free lo!!!
go back kinderkarten to study internal control before u call me up... damn du lan lo!!!
u wan to sue me then just simply send me summon / lawyer la...since this is FACTs
